Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, or transmit harmful content. We may investigate and suspend accounts for misuse.
Customer content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Confidentiality & security
We protect your content as described in our Privacy Policy and Security Brief. You agree to handle any non‑public information from Recallio confidentially.
Disclaimers; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date.
